A little bit of our history…
Louise as she grew up with her family, in Staffordshire, have worked within the hospitality business resturants, bars and nightclubs for over 20 years. Her brother also worked in their wedding venue, Weston hall, as a sous chef, but unfortunatly died of an ashma attack back in 2013, he has been the inspiration for “The Bullet”. Louise dabbled with event catering a few years ago, helping out a friend with their street food catering business, she loved it. Louise decided she wanted to set up her own street food business up here in Yorkshire, set she set the ball rolling and began building her catering business. This was very successful, providing street food from around the world to parties, weddings and festivals in the Yorkshire area. After running Bullet StrEat for a year, Louise was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. This greatly effected her energy levels, struggling to keep up with her high standards and make everything from scratch ethos, she soon realised something had to change. It seemed a natural progression to convert ‘The Bullet” into ‘the little silver BULLET BAR
